Jane Tandy has over 20 years experience in the financial services and capital markets industry. She was most recently the Group Chief Operating Officer of a global stockbroking and investment bank in Australia where she also held the position of Company Secretary. Jane served on the Stockbrokers and Investment Advisers Association board for over six years and was involved in establishing the D&I and Operational and Tech committees. She is passionate about people, communication and outcomes and is a recognised leader and champion of diversity in the stockbroking industry including being runner-up for the Positive Progression of Women Award in 2018 and a nominee for Mentor of the Year at the Women in Wealth Awards in 2025. Jane is a Board Member of Ever Ability Group Limited, the Chapter Chair of YPO WA and is actively involved in her school community.  She has three young children, loves cooking, travelling, 1990’s music and fell in love with tennis when she was 40.
